Tiwa Savage who has been once called the ‘African Beyonce’ may be living up to that name as she intends to drop an EP on us without much ado.
The 37-year-old singer has been dropping musical projects just like a typical ‘African Beyonce’ without prior hype. In December 2015, the mother of one dropped her sophomore ‘ R.E.D ‘. without any formal notice.
The Mavin Records superstar will be dishing out an EP in just about a week on September 22. Her upcoming soon to be released EP is dubbed ‘Sugarcane’.

I’ve been in such a good space and been recording some beautiful songs that we decided to share with you all. Music is beautiful and this EP feels and sounds so sweet that’s why we called it “SugarCane”
