It was gathered that Jeyibo died in the early hours of Saturday after his Range Rover ran into a stationary trailer along the Lagos-Ibadan express way.
Jeyibo had just left the office and was heading home when the tragic accident occurred.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency said the accident occurred around 1am.
Jeyibo is survived by a wife and children who are presently not in the country.
